- 因为热煨弯管的煨制过程只是监造工作的巡检点,因此对于热煨弯管可能出现的停机缺陷,只能在热煨弯管成型后的最终验收阶段进行判断。文章阐明了热煨弯管煨制过程的停机形成原因以及弯管存在停机缺陷的危害性,论述了通过观察弯管出现的皱褶、弯管内壁存在的停机痕迹及金相检测,判断热煨弯管煨制过程中是否存在停机缺陷的方法。
