- 渤海湾生产支持基地建设项目是一项大型的综合性工程,合同管理贯穿于整个项目建设过程中,其管理水平的高低将直接影响项目的成功与否。文章介绍了该项目合同管理的方式和方法,包括合理划分工程标段、采用工程量清单招标、设定拦标价进行投资控制等,分析了合同管理过程中潜在的风险,最后对合同管理工作提出了一些建议。
The construction project of Bohai Bay Production and Supporting Base is a large scale comprehensive project.Contract management is implemented through the whole construction course,and whether the project is successful or not depends on its management level.The contract management mode and method of the base construction project are described in this paper,including properly dividing project bidding sections,inviting bidding with bill of quantities,setting up price ceiling to control investment,and so on.It analyzes potential risks in the contract management and offers some suggestions to the contract management.2011,3(3): 72-73 收稿日期:2010-7-12分类号:F284作者简介:丁文(1983-),男,甘肃兰州人,2006年毕业于中国石油大学(华东)油气储运专业,主要从事海洋石油工程建设工作.参考文献:
