摘要:: 石化装置改扩建工程的吊装施工难点是工期紧、施工危险性大、施工区域的情况复杂、吊装对象的重量不易准确计算等,充分了解设备的特点,编制合理的吊装方案,采用合适的分段、整体、平移等吊装方法是解决问题的关键。文章在对这些内容进行论述的基础上,结合北京燕山石化乙烯工程、上海赛科苯乙烯改扩建工程、上海石化天然气项目改造工程对其进行重点阐述。
Hoisting construction in reformation and expansion project of petrochemical facilities has difficulties such as short construction period,great risk,complex site circumstance and inexact calculated hoisting object weight.The key measures to solve these problems are as follows: preparing a rational hoisting scheme and adopting appropriate hoisting approaches including segmenting,integrating or translating.In addition to above description,this paper puts emphasis on the practical hoisting cases of the ethylene project of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co.,the styrene reformation and expansion project of Shanghai Saike Co.and the natural gas reformation project of Shanghai Petrochemical Co.
