一种自制简易封堵器在长输管道施工中的应用

- 在大口径长输管道施工过程中,受管道内穿堂风的影响,焊口常产生气孔、未熔合、根部成型较差等焊接缺陷,从而影响焊接质量。传统的临时管道封堵多是将预制好的盲板通过外力卡在管道外坡口之上,盲板的拆除及安装极不方便,同时也可能导致管道外坡口或防腐层损坏。文章介绍一种简易的管道封堵器,不仅可以在施工中有效降低甚至隔断管道内穿堂风,同时也能对已焊接管道进行辅助清管与测径施工。该简易封堵器在西气东输二线及福建LNG等工程中进行了推广应用,效果良好。
In large diameter long-distance pipeline construction, welding defects such as air pores, unfu-sionand poor root formation often occur owing to through一draught influence, so that a blocking device isneeded to prevent through-draught. A prefabrication blanking plate clamped to pipe bevel istradi tionally usedas the temporary pipeline blockage, but it is inconvenient to installation or dismantlement，and may cause damage to pipe bevel or anticorrosion coating. A newself-made simple blocking device is developed, which not only decreases through-draught effectively even stops it, but also carries out assistant pigging and calliper-ing.
