摘要:: 意大利Belleli公司作为EPC分包商分包了阿布扎比原油管道项目首站的2座16万m3钢制立式双层浮顶原油储罐工程。文章介绍了这两座浮顶储罐的焊接施工过程,对施工方案的制订及重点施工环节进行了详细的论述,并对施工过程中的注意事项和焊接过程中变形的控制措施进行了总结。
Italy Belleli Company has abundant experience in welding construction of crude oil storage tanks,which is helpful to Chinese construction companies.In this paper,the welding construction of two sets of 16 × 104 m3 vertical crude oil storage tanks with double deck floating roof in the initial station of Abu Dhabi crude oil pipeline project is introduced,the construction scheme formulation and key construction links are detailedly discussed,and the matters needing attention during the construction and the measures taken to control the welding deformation are summarized.
