- 油井出砂经常造成储油罐内产生沉砂,因此罐内清砂成为油田生产的重要环节。文章介绍了国内采用的罐内清砂系统,包括平射排砂系统、大罐沉砂自动处理装置、旋转冲砂装置,国外采用的KPS砂槽-喷射系统的工作原理和特点,并在此基础上指出了罐内清砂系统的发展趋势。
Sand coming from oil well often causes sand sedimentation in a storage tank,so that tank desanding operation is an important work in oilfield production.This paper introduces the domestic tank desanding systems including horizontal discharging desanding system,automatic treatment device of sand sedimentation in large tank and rotary sand cleaning device,as well as the foreign KPS sand trough-jetting system and their working principles and characteristics.Furthermore,the paper puts forward the development trend of tank desanding system.2011,3(3): 58-59 收稿日期：2010-8-28分类号：TE972作者简介：李寿勇(1984-),男,河北邢台人,助理工程师,2010年毕业于长江大学机械设计专业,硕士,现主要从事石油储罐方面的研究工作.参考文献：
