摘要:: 水平定向钻穿越岩石层扩孔施工过程中,由于操作不当或者钻具磨损严重,导致扩孔器牙轮脱落在井孔内,这可能导致在后续扩孔施工过程中发生卡钻现象。文章介绍了一种新型的用于打捞落井牙轮的装置,该装置采用强磁铁吸引打捞落井牙轮和采取两端开口的打捞桶外形结构等,实现双向打捞施工,有效地提高了打捞成功率。
During reaming operation of horizontal directional drilling in rocky stratum,the gear wheel of a hole enlarger may fall into the hole owing to improper operation or severe abrasion of drilling tool,that will possibly induce driller stuck in sequent drilling operation.A new type picker for lost gear wheel is developed for attracting the gear wheel by a strong magnetic and together with two-way picking-up by an overshot with two open ends.Thus the fishing efficiency is raised.
