- 长庆油田面对产能建设规模大、施工区域广、建设周期短的特点,在油气田产能建设中开展了标准化设计和标准化建设工作,取得了良好的效果。文章较详细地论述了定型工艺流程、统一站场平面、构建模块体系、开展模块化建设、推行规模化采购、创新造价管理模式等标准化工作内容。
