- 西部原油成品油管道地处沙漠、戈壁干旱地区,如全线充水投产,备水困难,费用高。为此对管道的投产方式进行了调整,首次引入了空管投油的理念。成品油管道投产时油头前采用一定长度的充水段来确保投产安全;原油管道投产时,采用了两端同时进油的投产方式,尤其是乌鄯原油支干线投产时完全空管投油。文章重点论述了投产排气方法、油品质量控制、最优充水长度的确定、成品油和原油管道投产油头保护介质的选取等。
West Crude Oil and Product Pipeline Project is located in droughtly desert and Gobi areas.If the pipeline commissioning takes the form of filling water into the whole pipeline,water supply will be difficult and costly.Therefore,the pipeline commissioning form is adjusted and the ideal of empty pipeline commissioning is introduced for the first time.For product pipeline commissioning,a certain length of filling water is set in front of oil-head to ensure safe operation;for crude oil pipeline commissioning,the approach of oil entering from both ends of the pipeline is adopted.Especially for commissioning of Wu-Shan crude oil trunk and branch pipelines,the completely empty pipeline commissioning form is adopted.In this paper,the emphasis is put on the discussion of air exhaust method,oil quality control,determination of optimal length of filling water,selection of oil-head protection medium in pipeline commissioning.2011,3(3): 35-38 收稿日期：2010-9-10分类号：TE866作者简介：邱姝娟(1976-),女,河北承德人,工程师,2000年毕业于西南石油学院油气储运专业,现从事输油生产管理工作.?参考文献：
