海外EPC项目投标土建成本测算的探讨

摘要:: 海外EPC项目投标是一项复杂的系统工程,需要工程设计、采购、施工各方面的专业管理人员和技术人员的密切配合完成。从海外EPC项目投标的土建成本测算工作层面着眼,对海外EPC项目投标报价特点及投标报价中土建成本测算的特殊性进行了论述,总结了土建成本测算方法。
Overseas EPC project bidding is a complicated systematic project,which requires perfect cooperation of professional managers and technical personnel working in engineering design,procurement and construction.Based on the work of civil engineering cost accounting of overseas EPC project bidding,this paper discusses the characteristics of overseas EPC project bidding and the particularity of civil engineering cost accounting in the tender offer,and summarized the method of cost accounting in civil engineering
