- 管道涂敷3LPE工艺参数直接影响到防腐层质量、防腐材料的消耗和生产速度,涂敷3LPE工艺参数的确定是涂敷生产的核心工作。基于最常用的管道涂敷作业线结构,就管道涂敷3LPE中的FBE喷涂参数、聚乙烯挤出机组参数、内涂敷参数的调试以及计算方法进行了研究和实际验证,总结出了各参数的计算公式,对管道涂敷3LPE可起到指导作用。
Process parameters of pipe 3PE coating affect directly the anticorrosion coating quality,anticorrosion material consumption and production speed,so the determination of process parameters is the kernel work of coating operation.Based on the structure of the most commonly used coating operation line,the adjustment and calculation methods of FBE spray parameters,polyethylene extruding machine parameters and internal coating parameters are studied and tested in practical application,then the calculation formulas of those parameters are deduced and summarized.It will guide pipe 3PE coating operation.2011,2(2): 47-49,6 收稿日期：2010-7-19分类号：TE988.2作者简介：徐昌学(1964-),男,重庆人,高级工程师,2002年博士毕业于西南石油学院石油天然气工程专业,主要从事管道防腐工程及管理工作.
