- 叙利亚GBEIBE油田是一个高油气比、高重度、高矿化度原油的油田,原油处理难度很大。文章简要介绍该油田地面设施改扩建工程的概况、设计基础数据、油气集输工艺流程和主要工艺特点。通过采用新技术、新工艺、新设备和新材料,保证了项目按时投产,达到了工艺技术先进、自控程度高、平面布置紧凑、操作方便、利于管理的目的,各项技术经济指标符合节能、环保、抗震的要求,安全可靠,经济效益和社会效益显著。
The crude oil of GBEIBE Oilfield in Syria is very difficult to treat because it has high oil-gas ratio,high density and high mineralization.The general situation of the reform and expanding of GBEIBE Oilfield surface engineering,basic design data,process flow of oil-gas gathering and transportation,main process characteristics,etc.are briefly introduced in this paper.By use of new techniques,new process,new equipment and new materials,the reform and expanding project is put into production on schedule during the first commissioning and reaches the goals of advanced process technology,high automatic level,compact layout,convenient operation and easy management.Kinds of technical and economic indexes meet requirements of energy saving,environmental protection and aseismic capability.This project has brought very good economic and social benefits to GBEIBE Oilfield.2011,2(2): 33-35,4,5 收稿日期:2010-9-6分类号:TE4作者简介:张红(1968-),女,河北内丘人,高级工程师,2007年毕业于天津工业大学,硕士,主要从事油田地面建设工程的设计和管理工作.参考文献:
