- 文章结合渤海蓬莱19-3油田Ⅱ期中"海洋石油117"30万t大型FPSO的软管和电缆连接项目,详细论述了大跨度高空跨接软管和电缆的安装方法,分析比较了预布安装法、驳船安装法和浮吊安装法的适应工况以及本工程施工条件的限制,最终选择了浮吊安装法。通过对浮吊安装作业中吊高和扒杆长度的分析计算,对施工船舶进行了选型。该方法已于2009年4月在我国渤海成功应用并取得了宝贵的经验。
Associated with the jumper hose and cable installation work of the 30×104 t large scale FPSO "Offshore Petroleum 117" in the second construction phase of PL19-3 Oilfield in Bohai Bay,this paper introduces in detail the aerial installation method of large span jumper hoses and cables connection.Based on the analysis of applicability of presetting method,barge method and crane ship method as well as the construction site condition,the crane ship installation method is finally chosen,then the calculations of hoisting height and crane boom length are conducted to select suitable construction ship.This method has successfully been applied in Bohai Bay in April 2009 and the valuable experience has been obtained.2011,2(2): 20-23,4 收稿日期:2010-5-26分类号:TE54作者简介:晏莱(1982-),男,湖北随州人,工程师,2008年毕业于西安石油大学,硕士研究生,现从事FPSO拖航、连接、解脱等相关技术研究工作.参考文献:
