- 电伴热在保证海洋石油平台工艺流程正常运行中起着重要的作用,但其在实际应用中有可能存在漏电风险,给海洋石油平台的安全生产带来一定的隐患,因而可靠的供电和保护电路设计是确保电伴热安全运行的前提之一。文章通过工程实例和对标准规范的分析,对电伴热漏电保护电路设计进行了探讨,对不同的设计方案进行了分析比较,指出现有设计与标准规范存在的差异,并对电伴热漏电保护设计和国内外标准提出改进建议。
Electrical heat tracing(EHT) plays an important role in ensuring normal production process of offshore oil platform.However there is a possible danger of ground fault in EHT practical application and it brings potential troubles to safe production of platform.The reliable power supply and protection circuit design is one of preconditions to insure EHT safe operation.This paper discusses the design of ground fault protection circuit for EHT by analyzing ever built engineering projects and comparing with relevant criteria,accordingly finds out discrepancies between the present design and the criteria,as well as provides rational relevant suggestions.2011,2(2): 11-19,3,4 收稿日期:2010-5-30分类号:TE951;TM92作者简介:李建球(1964-),男,湖南茶陵人,电气工程师,1984年毕业于中原工学院,现从事海洋石油平台电气设计工作.参考文献:
