- 目前玻璃钢管道的应力分析并没有具体的规范化做法,文章根据玻璃钢管道力学试验测试结果和有关规范要求,分别讨论了玻璃钢管道许用应力和疲劳应力的校核方法,并以FPSO上部模块玻璃钢管道为例,结合CAESAR II软件,具体介绍了玻璃钢管道应力分析的过程,为玻璃钢管道设计提供依据。
At present,there is no standardized calculation method for GRP piping stress analysis.According to the mechanical test results and the related rules of GRP piping,the check methods of GRP piping allowable stress and fatigue stress are discussed.And based on the GRP piping on FPSO topside and the software CAESAR II,the stress analysis of GRP piping is introduced in detail.It will be a good reference for GRP piping design.2011,2(2): 5-8,3 收稿日期:2010-6-25分类号:TE973.1;U173作者简介:王战勇(1976-),男,陕西临潼人,工程师,2000年毕业于西南石油学院油气储运专业,主要从事海洋石油工程总体/管道设计工作.参考文献:
