- 项目全周期的材料管理是以材料流控制的理念对项目全过程所涉及的材料数量、进度进行管理和控制,它也是国外先进工程公司的通行做法,国内工程公司近年来也开始借鉴尝试。文章从国内石油、化工行业工程项目材料管理的现状分析着手,提出了构建工程公司材料管理体系的总体思路、专业化方向、信息化工具建设和依托总承包项目的发展完善方向,以期为相关企业提供有益借鉴。
