- 在海上管道施工中,管端坡口加工是整个管道施工的重要环节,坡口加工的质量和速度直接影响到整个管道施工的质量和效率。海上施工专用双端面高效坡口整形机采用双向动力、轨道底座一体化设计,能与拨管器完美结合,不但提高了整个坡口加工的效率和质量,同时缩小了操作区的占空比,将大大节约施工成本,加快施工进度。文章提出了研究的具体技术方案及应用前景。
In offshore pipeline construction,the bevel cutting of pipe-ends is a very important process.It's quality and speed influence the quality and speed of whole pipeline construction.The highly efficient dual end facing machine used for offshore pipeline construction adopts bidirectional driving power and integrated track bottom design to combine it with pipe pusher perfectly.The dual-end facing machine not only raises quality and speed of cutting,but also economizes room,declines construction cost and speeds up construction progress.The concrete technical scheme of the dual-end facing machine and its application prospect are put forward in this paper.2001,1(1): 65-67,8 收稿日期:2010-3-22分类号:TE973.3作者简介:张锋(1970-),男,山东诸城人,高级工程师,1995年毕业于华北电力大学机械制造专业,现从事管道施工装备研究.参考文献:
