- 传统的焊接工艺用于薄壁容器的焊接虽然实用,但是当筒体壁厚超过40 mm时就会使坡口宽度增大,焊接层数增多,影响焊接质量。文章论述了通过改变传统的容器焊接的坡口型式,简化焊接方法,并对相应的焊接设备进行改造,来显著提高厚壁产品焊接效率的途径。
