- 中国石化集团公司镇海炼化分公司180万t/a重油催化装置第一再生器旋风系统,因出现超线速和衬里磨损问题,需在停工期间完成封头及旋风系统的更换。根据现场施工环境及工期要求,采用封头与旋风系统进行地面联体预制、停工后对旧封头和旋风系统进行整体置换的施工方案,不仅大大节省了装置的停工检修时间,而且保证了旋风系统安装一系列苛刻的技术指标达到要求,取得了良好的效果。
Because of over wire-speed and lining wear problems occurred in the cyclone system of the first regenerator at 180 × 104 t /a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of SIPOPEC Zhenhai Refining Chemical Company,the old end cover and cyclone system need to be replaced during downtime.According to field construction environment and time limit for replacement,the following construction scheme is adopted,that is the end cover and cyclone system are prefabricated monolithically on ground,then the old ones are replaced with them integrally.This scheme vastly saves downtime,ensures a series of rigorous technical specifications of the cyclone system installation,and achieves good results.2001,1(1): 54-58,7 收稿日期:2010-5-24分类号:TE966作者简介:杨升波(1977-),男,浙江宁海人,工程师,2000年毕业于重庆大学工业设备安装工程专业,现从事炼油化工工程管理工作.
