- 国内目前虽然有压缩空气系统设计方面的标准和规定,但总的来说其内容稍显笼统和宽泛,对压缩空气系统设计上的某些细节阐述不够详细(如压缩空气耗量、压缩空气质量要求等),而这些细节往往会影响压缩空气系统设计的合理与否,因此作者结合自身工作实际经验,详细地阐述油气处理站场中压缩空气站设计需要考虑的各种因素,如压缩空气的性质、压缩空气站流程以及压缩空气系统内主要设备的选型、控制原理以及计算,对压缩空气站的设计具有一定的指导意义。
At present,there are several standards and codes relating to compressed air system design in China,but some design details such as compressed air consumption and quality requirement are not involved,that often affects the system design rationality.Therefore,based on practical experience,the authors expound various factors needing considered in compressed air station design for oil and gas plant,such as the properties of compressed air,the flow diagram of compressed air station,the appropriate selection of main facilities of the compressed air system and their control principles as well as calculations.This paper can provide constructive guidance for the detailed design of the compressed air station.2001,1(1): 26-30,5 收稿日期:2010-5-11分类号:TE86作者简介:孙海(1980-),男,辽宁大连人,工程师,2006年毕业于石油大学(华东),硕士,现主要从事压气站项目的工艺设计工作.
