- 柱塞流、水锤等偶然荷载以冲击荷载方式作用于管系,对其造成很大危害,为确保管道系统的安全和稳定运转,必须进行合理的管道布置和支架设计。文章介绍了柱塞流和水锤荷载的产生及其冲击力的计算原理;柱塞流和水锤荷载的动态和静态模拟方法;并结合PYRENEESFPSO项目,通过管道应力分析软件CAESARII对等价静力法进行了详细说明,为管道系统设计提供参考依据。
The actions of casual loads such as slug flow and water hammer loads on piping could cause severe damage to the piping.In order to guarantee safe and stable operation of the piping,performing rational pipeline layout and support design is necessary.In this paper,the action principle and dynamic and static simulations of slug flow and water hammer loads and their impact force calculations are introduced.Based on the topside piping flexibility analysis of PYRENEES FPSO project and by using the software CAESAR II,the equivalent static method is illustrated in detail.It will be a good reference for piping design.2001,1(1): 8-11,4 收稿日期:2010-10-20分类号:TU973.1作者简介:王战勇(1976-),男,陕西临潼人,工程师,2000年毕业于西南石油学院油气储运专业,主要从事海洋石油工程总体/管道设计工作.参考文献:
