- 定向钻是长输管道的一种重要穿越方式,对于一些复杂地质情况需要进行试回拖以验证孔道的稳定性。文章对管道试回拖过程进行了分析研究,采用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS进行了数值模拟,根据计算结果对此过程进行了优化设计,以使得管道在试回拖状态下与正式回拖状态尽量一致,并对优化后的钻杆和管道的变形及应力进行了分析计算。结果表明,优化后的试回拖过程更加合理,使试回拖结果对正式回拖更具有借鉴意义。
Horizontal directional drilling(HDD) is an important crossing method for long-distance pipelines.For some complex geological conditions,it's required to conduct pullback test to verify the stability of drilled hole.This article analyzes and researches the pullback test process of pipeline.It adopts ANSYS — a large-scale universal finite element software for numerical simulation.In light of the calculation results,the pullback test process is optimized to make the pipeline pullback test in accordance with the real pullback state,and the deformations and stresses of drill pipe and pipeline are analyzed and calculated.The results show that the optimized pullback test process is more reasonable and the real pullback operation can draw on the experience from the pullback test results.2001,1(1): 5-7,3 收稿日期:2010-3-15分类号:TE973.4作者简介:左雷彬(1982-),男,河北保定人,工程师,2008年毕业于天津大学桥梁与隧道工程专业,硕士,主要从事长输管道穿跨越设计工作.参考文献:
