- 回拖力计算是采用水平定向钻进技术(HDD)进行管道铺设工程设计的一项重要内容,也是选择钻机和管材的主要依据。在实际施工中,水平定向钻穿越回拖力计算方法很多,且计算结果相差也比较大,常常使工程设计人员无从选择。针对这一问题,文章选取了《油气输送管道穿越工程施工规范》、《给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范》、美国燃气管道研究会的计算方法和美国材料试验学会ASTM法这4个目前国内外常用的回拖力计算公式,并结合3个具有代表性的工程实例,对4个公式的计算结果及应用环境进行比较分析,得出的结论可供HDD工程设计人员借鉴参考。The pullback force calculation is one of the most significant design jobs in pipeline crossing project using horizontal directional drilling(HDD) and is the main basis of selecting drill machine and pipeline materials.However,it is difficult for engineers to choose the suitable equations to calculate the pullback forces due to existing many different calculation methods and different calculated results.So the authors four typical pullback force calculation equations used commonly in China and foreign countries which are from "Code for Construction of Oil and Gas Transmission Pipeline Crossing Engineering","Code for Construction and Acceptance of Water and Sewage Pipeline Works",American Gas Association(AGA) method and American Society of Testing and Material(ASTM) method.Based on the study of three typical pipeline crossing cases,the authors calculate the pullback forces using the four calculation methods respectively and compare the results and analyze the reasons of the differences.The conclusion is offered to the engineers as the references.2001,1(1): 1-5,3 收稿日期:2010-5-10分类号:TE973.4作者简介:杨先亢(1985-),男,湖北广水人,中国地质大学在读研究生,主要从事地质工程相关和非开挖技术的研究工作.参考文献:
