摘要:: 根据不同的地质条件,科学合理地选用不同的盾构施工刀具以延长刀具的使用寿命,将对工程进度和效益产生重要的影响。文章在阐述泥水平衡式盾构机掘进过程中刀具切削机理的基础上,提出了根据不同的地质情况选用不同结构刀具的原则,并结合工程实例介绍了刀具的选型试验和工程应用效果。
To select different cutters according to the different geological conditions can prolong service life of the cutters of a shield machine and has an active effect on project schedule and benefit.Based on the analysis of cutting mechanism of the slurry balanced shield machine cutter in tunneling operation,the principle of selecting different cutters according to the different geological conditions is brought forward.In combination with some engineering examples,the type selection tests of cutters and their applied results are introduced.
