- 某公司有一台1万m3的拱顶事故缓冲罐需进行整体移位,由于该储罐具有体积大、刚度差等特点,因此通过储罐在导轨上滑动来实现移位很容易产生变形。文章介绍了采用牛腿结构多点支撑、储罐移位的整体提升、内外加固的方式来有效控制罐体变形,解决大型储罐移位的方法,并指出这些方法在提高施工安全性、效率和降低成本方面都有良好的效果。
There is one 104 m3 emergency buffering tank with a dome needed to shift integrally.Because of large volume and low stiffness of the tank,it is easy to become deformed as shifting on guide rails.Hence a new shifting method adopting corbel structure,multi-point supports,integral tank lift and internal and external reinforcement is applied to control tank deformation effectively and to shift the whole tank successfully.The tank shifting method is effective in boosting construction safety and efficiency as well as in reducing construction costs.2010,6(6): 61-64 收稿日期:2009-12-22分类号:TE972.1作者简介:冯雷(1983-),男,河南洛阳人,助理工程师,2006年毕业于北方民族大学自动化专业,一直从事石油化工装置设备、管道安装技术管理工作.
