- 把内自动焊打底效率高、焊接质量好和手工半自动焊工艺成熟、填充盖面效率高的优点结合在一起,可形成一种焊接效率更高、焊接质量更好的管道焊接新工艺。文章结合中乌天然气管道工程,从坡口型式、组对方式、焊接工艺参数等方面介绍了内自动焊机打底+手工半自动焊的新工艺技术,并对工艺创新点进行了说明。
To integrate the advantages of the high backing welding efficiency and high quality of internal automated welding with the mature welding process and high filling and cosmetic welding efficiency of manual-semiautomatic welding will form a new kind of pipeline welding process with higher welding efficiency and better quality.In this paper,such an integrated welding method applied in China-Uzbek natural gas pipeline is described with respect to bevel form,aligning way,welding process parameters,etc.and the process innovation points are explained.2010,6(6): 56-58 收稿日期:2010-1-19分类号:TG457.6作者简介:李加平(1974-),男,湖北仙桃人,工程师,1998年毕业于中国石油大学,现主要从事管道施工管理工作.
