- 我国标准GB和美国标准ASTM关于岩棉保温材料密度指标值等的规定不同,这导致对在国际项目中采用国标要求生产的岩棉产品产生争议。文章比较了GB和ASTM标准中岩棉制品各项参数值的不同,并通过试验研究了岩棉密度、服役温度对岩棉制品各项性能指标的影响(包括导热系数、抗压强度、线性收缩率等),为解决岩棉制品因采用不同标准进行生产而产生的争议提供依据。
There are different density indexes of rockwool between Chinese GB and ASTM standards,which lead to the dispute on using rockwool products produced in compliance with Chinese standard for international projects.This paper compares the parameters of rockwool products listed in GB and ASTM standards and investigates the effects of rockwool density and service temperature on performance indexes of rockwool products including thermal conductivity,compressive strength and linear shrinkage factor through experiments.The results offer a base for solving the dispute mentioned-above.2010,6(6): 54-55 收稿日期:2010-3-24分类号:TQ176.74作者简介:韩长军(1967-),男,河南洛阳人,高级工程师,1990年毕业于大庆石油学院石油机械专业,硕士,现从事石化行业设备设计及项目管理工作.参考文献:
