- 在采用环氧粉末涂料对高强度大口径厚壁管的弯管进行外防腐时,因弯管存在蓄热大、冷却困难等问题,涂层常出现固化不均、性能不稳定等现象,因此开发一种具有环氧粉末涂料性能的液态无溶剂环氧涂料非常迫切。文章通过对环氧树脂体系、颜填料体系等的研究确定了涂料的最佳配方。该涂料一次成膜厚度在500~1 000μm,施工工艺简单,涂层具有良好的耐酸碱盐、耐阴极剥离、耐热及抗弯曲性等。
When using epoxy powder coating for external anticorrosion of bends with high strength,large diameter and thick wall,the phenomena such as nonuniform solidification and unstable performance of coating often appear owing to larger thermal storage in bend and more difficult bend cooling.Therefore,it is an exigency to develop a kind of liquid epoxy coating material possessing epoxy powder performance but without solvent.An optimal formula of such a coating material has been developed based on the research of epoxy resin system,painting and filling materials.That coating film thickness can reach 500 ~ 1 000 μm in once operation and its operational process is simple.The coating has excellent performance such as resisting acid,alcali and salt,against cathodic peeling,heatproofing and resistance to bending.2010,6(6): 51-53 收稿日期:2010-7-29分类号:TQ637作者简介:段绍明(1970-),女,辽宁盖州人,工程师,1993年毕业于中国石油大学(华东),现主要从事防腐涂料的研究与开发工作.
