- 西部原油成品油管道工程属于输送多品种介质、变输量、多支线分输和注入的复杂长距离管输工程,是我国第一条双油品、双工况、双管同沟敷设的管道输送工程。文章从干线双管同沟敷设,双管联合阴极保护,工艺系统设计,成品油、原油顺序输送工艺,采用的新技术、新设备、新材料,站场优化设计,独创的建设思路等方面论述了该工程的设计特点。
West Crude Oil and Product Pipelines Project is a complex long-distance pipeline project with multi types of transported mediums and varying transportation volumes as well as multi-branch transportation lines and inputs.It is the first pipeline with dual oil kinds,dual operational modes and dual pipelines buried in the same pipe ditch.In this paper,the characteristics of the project are discussed,which include the dual trunk pipelines buried in the same pipe ditch,combined dual pipelines cathodic protection,process system design,crude oil and product oil batch transportation process,new techniques,equipment and materials used,station optimal design,originally created construction thoughts.2010,6(6): 45-47 收稿日期：2009-12-9分类号：TE973.1作者简介：穆冬玲(1963-),女,陕西大荔人,高级工程师,1987年毕业于西南石油学院油气储运工程专业,现从事长输管道及油气集输设计相关工作.
