- 特低渗透油藏大部分采用注水开发,油区开采前期超前注水和边远小区块注水要求研制出一套符合数字化管理、标准化设计、模块化建设要求的短流程、易搬迁的智能移动注水装置。文章简要介绍了新研制的智能移动注水装置的性能特点、工艺流程、配套设施、数字化控制和监测的方式与内容等。新装置具有可一车拉运、整体搬迁、重复利用、智能控制、无人值守、依托井场露天布置、节约占地面积等优点。
The development of ultra-low permeability reservoirs adopts mainly the way of water injection.So an intelligent mobile water injection device with short process flow is required for advance water injection in prophase exploitation at oil block and for water injection at remote oil block,which meets the requirements of digital management,standardized design and modularized construction.The performance,process flow,matching equipment,digital control and monitoring mode of a newly developed intelligent mobile water injection device are described.The new device has the advantages such as being transported integrally by a vehicle,reuse,intelligent control,unattended operation,outdoor disposition at wellsite,and smaller occupied area.2010,6(6): 30-32 收稿日期:2009-12-14分类号:TE934.1作者简介:董巍(1979-),吉林柳河人,工程师,2001年毕业于西安石油大学石油工程专业,现从事油气田注水设计工作.参考文献:
