- 人们通常根据管道的泵压能力和任务输量,选择同一型号的泵进行串联或并联来满足生产要求,但这样往往不能满足泵在高效区内运行的条件,浪费电能。文章提出了采用整数规划的方法来解决该问题的途径,即通过选用不同型号的泵进行串联或并联组合,以热效率为目标函数,建立数学模型,再通过编制程序,求出最佳的泵组合模型。最后文章结合实例进行了最优组合模型的计算。
Usually,the same type of pumps are chosen and connected in series or in parallel to meet production demand according to pressure ability of pumps and quota transportation volume of a pipeline.Sometimes such an approach can not satisfy the pump operational condition in high effective zone and lead to electric energy waste.The approach of integer programming is offered to solve this problem,that is to chose different types of pumps connected in series or in parallel,than to establish mathematical model taking heat efficiency as the object function and programming,finally to get the solution of optimal pump combination.A practical example of optimal pump combination is calculated and the results are given in this paper.2010,6(6): 26-29 收稿日期:2010-7-7分类号:TE974.1作者简介:王立志(1970-),男,辽宁昌图人,高级工程师,1992年毕业于抚顺石油学院石油储运专业,2003年毕业于辽宁石油化工大学化学工程专业,硕士,现为天津大学在读博士,研究方向:管理工程.参考文献:
