- 江苏油田集输管网主要采用三管热水伴随流程,管网系统能耗高,充分利用太阳能加热,对降低油田综合能耗具有重要意义。文章论述了采用太阳能间接加热方式(采用加热盘管,利用清水作传热介质)辅助电加热系统对储油罐中的原油进行加热的方法,并对现场太阳能辅助电加热原油储运系统的研究设计、试运行、应用效果以及推广进行了介绍。
The gathering pipeline network in Jiangsu Oilfield uses mainly the three-pipeline heat water accompanying process flow which has high energy consumption.So to sufficiently utilize solar energy for heating is significant to reduce oilfield comprehensive energy consumption.This paper discusses the solar assisted electric heating system with the indirect solar heating mode(adopting heating coil pipe,and fresh water as heat transfer medium) to heat crude oil in a storage tank,and introduces the research,design,test operation,application result of the system and its extended applications.2010,6(6): 24-25 收稿日期:2010-1-5分类号:TE974.2作者简介:胡建业(1959-),男,安徽绩溪人,工程师,2001年毕业于中央党校,现从事油田采油工程管理工作.参考文献:
