- 文章介绍了2009-2010年间中石油、中海油、中石化这三大油公司在中东、拉美、非洲地区的油气开发合作项目;进行深水油气资源开发的海工装备现状及建造的大型海上钻井平台、铺管船的主要技术指标;南海油气开发面临的形势及中海油在南海油气开发工作的进展。
