低压、低产煤层气田井口集输工艺技术

- 我国煤层气田开发具有一定规模的地区主要分布在山西沁水盆地和陕西韩城等地。煤层气田由于具有低产、低压、低渗等特点,因此开发投入高、产出低、风险大。文章通过对国内外典型煤层气田的井口集输工艺技术,包括井口气水分离系统、井口计量系统、水处理系统等较为系统的综述、分析和对比,指出简化井口流程、合理选择材质、优化井口布局及总体开发是做到"满足技术要求下的最低成本"开发的有效方法。
Coalbed gas fields possessing a certain scale developing capability are mainly located in the Qinshui coalbed methane field and Hancheng coalbed methane field of Shaanxi,etc.They are characterized by low pressure,low permeability and low production,which make exploitation of the coalbed gas fields fall into high investment,low output and high risk.Therefore,optimization of wellhead gathering and transportation technology of coalbed gas fields is beneficial to reducing costs of engineering construction.The comparative study and analysis on typical wellhead gathering and transportation technology of low pressure and low production coalbed gas fields have been conducted,including wellhead gas and water separation system,wellhead measuring system and water treatment system.The results show that simplified wellhead process,reasonable selection of relevant materials,optimizations of wellhead layout and overall development plan are effective methods embodying the philosophy of "meeting technical requirements with minimum cost".2010,6(6): 1-5 收稿日期:2010-2-20分类号:TD842基金项目:国家科技重大专项项目“煤层气田地面集输工艺及监测技术”(编号:2009ZX05039)作者简介:王荧光(1979-),男,辽宁抚顺人,工程师,2005年毕业于辽宁石油化工大学化学工程与工艺专业,现主要从事石油天然气工程设计及研究工作.参考文献:
