- 国际EPC项目极富挑战性和风险性，如果忽视风险识别，不采取风险应对措施，很容易出现巨大的经济亏损和不良的社会影响。文章根据以往国际EPC项目管理的成功经验和失败教训，介绍了国际EPC项目的常见风险、风险识别方法与步骤、风险防范总体原则，提出了风险防范措施。
International EPC projects are full of challenges and risks.The neglect of the assessment and management of EPC risks can easily lead to huge economic loss and bad social effect.The assessment basis, assessment methods, assessment procedures, overall principles and 10 strategies to prevent the common risks in international EPC projects are introduced in this paper as per previous successful experience and frustrated lessons.The achievements and experience described in this paper have very important reference sense to EPC bidding, assessment and management of risks, engineering, procurement, construction etc.in international EPC projects.2010,5(5): 75-78 收稿日期：2010-6-25分类号：F746.18;X922作者简介：张再良（1968-），男，湖南宁乡人，高级工程师，1991年毕业于大庆石油学院石油加工专业，主要从事国际石油工程建设EPC项目管理工作。参考文献：
