- 文章结合河北华北石油工程建设有限公司锅炉安装改造维修质量保证手册的换版工作，介绍了根据TSGZ0004-2007《特种设备制造、安装、改造、维修质量保证体系基本要求》的规定编制特种设备安装质量保证手册的方法，从沿用原手册内容、新编制内容及原手册内容分解等几个方面进行了阐述。按照该方法编制的新版手册，经过一年来在催化装置余热锅炉安装工程中的实际运行，证实体系满足相关法规的要求，符合实际运行状况，很好地满足了安全技术规范对体系文件的要求，起到了保证锅炉安装质量和安全的作用。
This paper introduces the method of compiling the quality assurance system manual of special equipment installation according to TSG Z0004 "Basic Requirements for Special Equipment Quality Assurance System on Manufacture, Installation, Alteration and Repair" for the revision of boiler installation quality assurance manual in Hebei Huabei Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd.It expounds the contents still being followed from the original manual, the newly established contents, the content analysis and decomposition of the original manual, and so on.The application of the revisionary manual in installation project of the waste heat boiler of catalytic unit for one year has proved that the system manual satisfies the requirements of related codes and accords with practical situation, and attains the goal of assuring installation quality and safe operation.2010,5(5): 70-74 收稿日期：2009-7-14分类号：TE963作者简介：陈涛（1970-），男，河北唐县人，高级工程师，1990年毕业于河北机电学院，多年从事压力管道安装、锅炉安装、起重机械制造等特种设备的生产及管理工作。参考文献：
