中俄黑龙江定向钻穿越回拖管道防腐层保护探讨

- 油气管道定向钻穿越方式因其投资少、工期短、不影响航道、安全环保等优点,成为河流穿越的首选方式。但在回拖过程中,特别是在岩石地层中,有可能损伤管道防腐层。文章针对中俄原油管道黑龙江穿越段的实际情况,根据中俄双方设计文件的规定,对几种新型管道防腐层保护措施进行了探讨,最后确定黑龙江穿越管道采用光固化套外保护方案。
Applying directional drilling method for oil and gas pipeline crossings has become a preferred way in river crossing because of less investment, shorter construction period, no influence on channel, safety and environmental protection.But the anticorrosion layer may be damaged during pullback stage, especially in the rocky stratum.According to the design documents stipulated by both sides of China and Russia, the investigations on several new protection measures of anticorrosion layers were done and finally the light-cured external protection layer was adopted for the Heilongjiang pipeline crossing project.2010,5(5): 51-52 收稿日期:2009-12-4分类号:TE973.4作者简介:马晓成(1980-),男,河南南阳人,工程师,2002年毕业于西安公路交通大学建筑工程专业,现从事管道穿跨越设计工作。
