- 长输管道沿高等级公路边缘地带施工时,常见的方法是沿公路搭设隔离板,施工人员在隔离区进行作业,该方法占用路面时间长,拆装费时费力,资金投入大,且对交通和路边居民生活影响较大。中国石油天然气管道局第二工程分公司在泰国Wang Noi-Kaeng Khoi(万诺伊—港考伊)输气管道线路工程施工中,首次采用沟箱法进行施工,经济、高效、安全地完成了11km管道沿3222省级公路边缘敷设的安装任务。文章介绍了沟箱的设计及计算、施工工艺流程及操作要点。
In the pipeline construction along high-grade highway roadside, the normal method adopted is to set up isolation barriers along the highway so that the constructors can work in the isolated area.By this construction method, the road has to be occupied for a long time and the dismantlement of the barriers is arduous, time-consuming and expensive work.In addition, it disturbs traffic and normal life of dwellers near the roadside.In Thailand Wang Noi-Kaeng Khoi Pipeline Project, Second Pipeline Construction Co.of CPP applied the trench box method in the pipeline construction for the first time, and finally completed the construction task of 11 km pipeline along Provincial Highway 3222 with cost-saving, high efficiency and zero hazard.It provided a good example for later pipeline construction along highway roadside at home and abroad.2010,5(5): 32-34 收稿日期：2010-6-28分类号：TE973.91作者简介：王艳（1977-），女，满族，辽宁黑山人，工程师，2008年毕业于中国矿业大学，现从事油气管道施工技术管理工作。参考文献：
