成品油库隔油池设计问题的探讨

- 隔油池是油库含油污水处理的主要设施。根据成品油库隔油池的特点及使用现状,指出目前隔油池设计中存在的问题。从理想隔油池工作模式的角度,分析影响悬浮油颗粒浮升速度的因素,研究悬浮油颗粒浮升速度与隔油池表面负荷率的内在关系,为隔油池结构设计确立理论依据。提出适合不同类型成品油库隔油池的合理设计参数的确定方法,并通过计算实例加以说明。
Oil separation tank is a kind of important facilities for oily wastewater treatment at oil depots.According to the characteristics of oil separation tanks and their application situation at product oil depots, this paper points out existing problems in design of the present oil separation tanks.Based on the ideal oil separation tank working pattern, this paper analyzes the influencing factors on the suspended oil particle floatingup speed, studies intrinsic relation between the suspended oil particle floating-up speed and the surface loading rate of the oil separation tanks, establishes a theoretical basis for structural design of oil separation tanks, provides the reasonable parameter determination method which adapts to design of oil separation tanks at various types of product oil depots, and finally explains them with examples.2010,5(5): 19-22 收稿日期:2009-11-29分类号:TE972.1作者简介:许行(1958-),男,浙江人,教授,1994年毕业于西南石油大学,硕士,现从事油气储运方面的教学、科研和工程设计工作。参考文献:
