- 根据国际工程EPC项目合同的特点,全面阐述了国际工程项目中预试运、试运和投料开车的概念、准备工作和实施步骤,强调了试运准备对确保试运成功的意义,对以子系统为基本单元的试运体系的优点进行了简要说明,对试运准备期间需报业主审批的、有时间要求的事项做了充分的提示,为今后国际项目的运作在试运方面提供了可借鉴的方法和程序.
