- 介绍了工程建设项目常见的合同模式及其风险分配、选择合同模式要考虑的因素以及各种合同模式在这些因素方面的差异,这些因素包括:业主对双方各自应承担风险程度的理解、合同管理交易费用和对承包商的激励等.论述了大型或超大型工程建设项目,业主与项目管理承包商常采用成本加激励酬金合同模式的合理性和可行性.
