- 为解决管道输送过程中大落差这一工艺难题,在库鄯输油管道的高点与低点间设立了减压站,通过减压站内的减压阀进行截流降压.文章介绍了库鄯输油管道RZD-RMBX型和CCI型减压阀的原理、结构、性能及技术参数,并对其运行情况进行比较,总结了各自的优缺点和调节性能上的差异,不仅对库鄯输油管道在不同工况下合理选用减压阀起到重要作用,而且对其他管道减压阀的选型也有一定的借鉴作用.
In order to solve the difficult technical problem of big drop height of oil transportation in ICU-Shan Pipeline,decompression station is set up between high position and low position.Pressure reducing valves in the station are used for flow-cutting decompression.This paper describ-es the working principle,structure,function and technical parameters of RZD-RMBX type and CCI type pressure reducing valves used in ICU-Shan Oil Pipeline;compares their running status and summarizes respective merit and shortcoming as well as difference of adjusting function.2005,6(6): 67-68,71 收稿日期:2005-2-3分类号:TE974.3作者简介:屈文理(1969-),陕西户县人,工程师,1993年毕业于西安石油学院化工机械专业,现在从事油气管道施工管理工作.
