- 生产聚氨酯泡沫保温管所用发泡剂多采用CFC-11,随着全球环保意识的增强,国际环保组织要求在世界范围内逐渐取消发泡剂CFC-11的使用.为此,大庆油田建设集团对原"一步法"生产工艺进行了改造,用高压发泡工艺代替低压发泡工艺,用HCFC-141b取代CFC-11作为过渡性的发泡剂生产硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温管.文章阐述了将聚氨酯高压发泡机应用在泡夹管"一步法"生产线上需要解决的技术问题,介绍了高压发泡机的技术特点及其在泡夹管"一步法"生产线上的应用情况.结果表明,高压发泡机在"一步法"泡夹管生产线上生产的硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温管,各项指标均符合标准要求.
Daqing Oil Field Construction Company has renovated the original "one step method"to fabricate rigid PUF insulation pipes by replacement of low pressure foaming process with high pressure foaming process and by replacement of vesicant CFC一11 with HCFC一141b.This paper expatiates on the technical problems needed to solve for applying PUF high pressure foaming machine to"one step method"production line.It is shown that the specifications of the new products meet criteria requirements.2005,6(6): 64-66 收稿日期:2005-9-23分类号:TE985.8作者简介:陈守平(1959-),男,辽宁凤城人,高级工程师,1982年毕业于东北农业大学,现从事油田管道内外防腐、保温技术研究和科技管理工作.
