山区长输管道施工焊口编号方法的探讨

- 西南成品油管道工程是中国石化集团实施西部战略的一项重点工程,管道在云贵高原需穿越山区和丘陵地带,施工中对焊口编号遇到了很多难题,如果将平原段管道施工时的焊口编号方法应用于山区,则存在很大的漏洞.文章针对山区和丘陵地带的实际情况,摸索出了一套不同地段管道焊口编号方法,包括直管段焊口、拐角桩焊口、穿越段焊口、连头焊口、弯头焊口和特殊地段焊口.此方法可确保焊口编号的惟一性,能够根据焊口编号判断出每一道焊口的具体位置、施工方向及相邻焊口施工的先后顺序,具有简单明了、实用性和可追朔性强等特点.
Southwest Products Pipeline has to pass through mountainous or hilly areas in YUN-Gui Plateau.Aimed at the actual circumstances of the mount-ainous area and hilly area,this paper puts forward a set of numbering method for weld seams at different sections of pipeline.That method is exclusively to guarantee the correct weld seam numbering.It can determine the actual position of each weld seam and constructional orientati-on as well as the constructional sequence for adjacent weld seams according to the weld seam number.So the method has the advantages of simp-leness,perspicuity,practicability and traceability.2005,6(6): 41-43 收稿日期：2005-9-15分类号：TE973.8作者简介：路士朋(1974-)男,山东东营人,工程师,上海交通大学船舶与海洋工程学院工程硕士,现从事油田地而及海上工程的技术管理工作.
