- 油气管道随着服役时间的增加,由腐蚀引起的管道穿孔和断裂等事故隐患加大,因此,对腐蚀管道进行可靠性评价具有重要作用.腐蚀管道的可靠性评价主要涉及对管道剩余强度的评估和剩余寿命的预测.文章介绍了现在常用的腐蚀管道剩余强度的评估方法和剩余寿命的预测方法,运用可靠性理论建立最大安全压力和工作压力的干涉模型以及临界腐蚀深度和实际腐蚀深度的干涉模型.这种基于可靠性理论的评价模型具有一定的合理性,能够最大限度地降低管道工程建设的投资成本,为管道的维修和安全管理提供科学依据,并提出了做好管道基础数据统计工作、加强工程技术人员可靠性理论培训和尽快建立一套完整的评价模型的建议.
The commonly used assessment method of residual strength and the prediction method of remaining life for corrosion pipeline are present.The interference model of maximum safe pressure and working pressure as well as the interference model of critical corrosion depth and actual co-rrosion depth are established through reliability theory.This theory is rather reliable,so that it can reduce the investment cost of pipeline construction to a maximum extent and provide scientific basis for pipeline maintenance and safety management.2005,6(6): 9-12 收稿日期:2005-6-15分类号:TE988基金项目:四川省重点学科建设资助项目(SZD0416)作者简介:苏欣(1982-),男,四川南充人,2004年毕业于西南石油学院油气储运专业,现在西南石油学院攻读油气储运专业硕士学位.参考文献:
