- 复合钢板是一种由基层钢板和复层钢板复合而成的双层金属。在苏丹喀土穆炼油有限公司扩建工程的施工中,发现分馏塔的主体材料复合钢板未结合面积超标。造成复合钢板未结合面积超标的原因可能是在复合钢板的制作(包括爆炸复合、正火纠平)和预制加工(切割下料、刨边、滚制成型)过程中产生的。依据有关现行国家及行业标准,结合缺陷产生的原因,制订了具体的修补措施,取得了较好的效果:未结合缺陷均一次修复成功,未出现缺陷扩展现象。
Clad steel is a sort of double layer metal that consisted with a base layer steel and acover layer steel.This paper analyzes the defect expanding phenomenon of unbinding defect of clad steelduring fusion welding repair.It is considered that the over-standard unbinding defects are likely pro-duced during manufacturing and pre-processing.Therefore,some countermeasures are taken and unbind-ing defects are successfully repaired.No defect expanding is found again.2005,5(5): 41-42 收稿日期:2005-5-27分类号:TG455作者简介:蒙子成(1956— ),男,广西桂林人,工程师,现为中国石油天然气第六建设公司副经理,兼任苏丹喀土穆炼厂扩建项目经理,主要从事石油工程建设管理工作。参考文献:
