- 文章概述了克拉2气田中央处理厂双相不锈钢管道系统的基本情况。介绍了双相不锈钢的化学性能和物理性能，在管道施工过程中的特点和难点，相关的焊接工艺试验和焊接工艺评定以及施焊过程中的技术措施；提出了在实际操作中的注意事项。实践证明，在双相不锈钢管道系统的焊接过程中，严格控制焊接管道内的氧气含量和焊接线能量是保证焊接质量的关键环节。
