制氢转化炉管系焊接裂纹的分析与修复

- 介绍了制氢转化炉的概况和转化炉管系的制作安装情况。该转化炉在封存了多年后进行改造,在进行气密试验时发现原管系多处焊缝存在泄漏,经现场检查确认是由原制造安装过程中焊接裂纹引起的。分别对焊缝区裂纹和母材热影响区裂纹的形态和产生原因进行分析,指出此裂纹属沿晶开裂,由组织粗大和焊接热应力引起,并根据分析的原因制订了缺陷的修复方案和具体的修复措施,缺陷修复后经气密检验合格。装置运行后曾开停工4次,每次开停工都对转化炉管系进行气密和PT检查,未发现有裂纹且至今运行正常,验证其修复措施正确有效。
The general situation of the hydrogen producing conversion furnace and its tube syste minstallation are described.The furnace was rebuilt after being abandoned for many years.Many leakagesat welds of the old tube system were found in gastight test,and the cause was verified by site investiga-tion to be welding cracks produced in original manufacture and construction.Afterwards,the configura-dons of cracks at welding zone and at thermal influence zone of basic material as well as the causes ofcracks were analyzed,and defect reparation was carried out.2005,5(5): 29-33 收稿日期:2005-1-29分类号:TQ116.2作者简介:王庆晖(1970— ),男,河南洛阳人,工程师,1994年毕业于西南石油学院,主要从事石油化工装置的设计和工程管理工作。
