- 目前，国内管道混凝土配重涂敷厂的生产装备基本为国外进口。文章详细介绍了海底管道混凝土配重生产设备和生产工艺。对涂敷设备中的混凝土搅拌系统、涂敷系统、进出管系统、中心控制系统四大部分进行了说明；结合不同直径、不同厚度的配重管对海底管道的喷涂式和缠绕挤压式两种不同涂敷工艺的设备，做了详细的分析和比较；同时对混凝土配重的工艺过程进行了全面的分析，阐明了不同工艺方法的主要特点以及关键工序的施工方法。
