新型抽油机井井口密封装置在孤岛油田的应用

摘要:: 孤岛油田采油厂主要的举升工艺是有杆抽油机井采油系统，许多稠油井、注聚井、偏磨井等经常出现井口密封不严的问题，ZZYWWY-1型抽油机调偏抗磨井口密封装置较好地解决了目前抽油机井井口密封存在的问题。该密封装置具有抗腐蚀、防偏磨、防断杆、密封性能好等特点。文章介绍了该密封装置的结构、性能以及在孤岛油田的现场应用情况。
The wellhead seal device of type pumping unit can solve the wellhead sealproblem relatively well. This seal device has the advantages such as anticorrosion,avoiding eccentricabrasion and rod broken,good seal performance. This paper introduces the structure and performance ofthe seal device,and its field application in Gudao Oilfield.
